Wonderful hotel. Great welcome and checkout with James who was extremely professional and helpful. Lovely interconnecting rooms for family of 5. Large modern clean bathrooms. Excellent bedding. Fantastic breakfast. For the slight distance away from central London I think it more than compensates with price and size / quality of room.

This hotel is lovely. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will be welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar has a great atmosphere. And the hotel is an easy, quick journey to the O2 Arena where we had tickets for a concert. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Travelling with the family, first time at the Hilton, we just love it. Great service, comfortable rooms, good location, sound isolation, elevators availability is wonderful, staff is really welcoming and helpful and even the breakfast is tasty and full with a selection of ingredients to choose from. Oh, I must mention the very efficient, quiet and cool air condition and the unbelievable bed mattress.... we did not want to wake up! Thumbs up!
