Welcoming staff, 5 points to Xavier for helping us with the luggage from the cab to the room and explaining us every aspect of the room and the property, along with connectivity on the tube and DLR. The rooms were big and spacious, with a comfortable and big workstation. One of the few hotels that served mineral water in recyclable cans - that every hotel in the UK must follow rather than pointing out to guest to use tap water. Proximity to the DLR and Tube makes it easier to skip cab options. Must try the sauna and steam room - excellent place to relax after a stressful day. Bed was not all that comfortable, and the breakfast was very limited. Every review spoke about welcome drink - we didn't get any *sad* The entrance to the hotel is slightly confusing, it is on the side of the hotel and not main road.

Nice hotel conveniently located, room was clean and nice. There is a convenient set of street food vans just outside for some cracking food. Talking of which the hotel did a really good breakfast with nice quality bacon.

Stayed here and the service did not disappoint 😍😍. Had the most amazing food served along with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to stay in London!!

A 4 star Hotel with a 5 star service!! Stayed here for 2 nights and could not fault anything. Since I checked in I was greeted with smiles and great attitude from the staff. A special shoutout to Chef Neeshal who ensured we had the most amazing stay. Fantastic breakfast. Nothing was too much for the kitchen team, they were also happy to accommodate our last minute request for sandwiches to take away to the airport which was so much appreciated. Thank you!!!

Room was available on time and a nice size, and the mattress was comfortable. The manager had been in touch before checkin thanking me for being a Diamond member which was a nice touch. My only fault was that the room was quite dark. I appreciate the mood lighting, but it would have been nice to have full lighting also available.
