We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel as we have received an exceptional service from Olivia at the reception. The room had a wonderful bay view and we recommend trying Welsh dishes for dinner. Loretta in the restaurant was very nice.

I recently stayed at a spa hotel, and it was an absolute haven of relaxation. The serene ambiance, attentive staff, and top-notch spa services exceeded my expectations. The luxurious amenities, coupled with the tranquil surroundings, made it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this spa hotel for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and indulgent getaway.

Great hotel and would recommend it if you looking for a great hotel with a quiet location but not too far from the Cardiff bay nightlife. I was staying as I was down watching the Scotland play wales at the rugby. To my surprise the Scotland team were also staying in the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. So if the hotel is good enough for the Scotland team then it’s good enough for me. My only negative thing with the hotel was the car parking at £24 a day which was a bit excessive as the hotels in Cardiff city were only £15 a day. Would 100% come back again to the hotel

Went for a spa experience and found it good with an excellent lunch included. Clean, good size, no steam room though only sauna. We found treatments really good. Complementary teas, adjacent parking though you have to pay.

Have usually adored staying here but now feel uncomfortable that I have to spend another two nights after incident with reception staff. When you are told of your upgrade take with pinch of salt- otherwise you may be disappointed by the lack of being upgraded to a suite! Also was disconcerting being overlooked by a block of flats. Rooms can be pleasant but certainly not spacious. Bathroom is an issue if you have a disability also beware being covered in cold water if you want a shower and the danger of waterlogged floor which extended out into the room. The china and biscuits in room are cheap and glassware can also vary from good to poor. Although my husband and I have stayed here when visiting my son I am very unlikely to return.
