My new favourite spot in brum, hosted a gaming event here and the venue is insane! I would particularly like to thank the staff who adhered to all of my last minute adjustments!

One of the best venues I’ve used! It’s a shame other businesses is Birmingham can’t let escriture win and are so malicious to write such evil fake things about this 10/10 establishment! Don’t be fooled by them and continue to book the staff are super friendly as you’ll be able to see for yourself!

Went to a desert pop up shop on the 7th October. Took my young daughter with me in hope to enjoy some lovely deserts. I was disappointed when I arrived as there was another event taking place which I did not know and the atmosphere was very vile, two completely different types of events happening. There was people drinking and acting rowdy, the place smelt of marijuana. All I wanted was to have a desert with my daughter and it just felt unsafe so we had to leave.

Was booked as a third party to work at an event at this venue , I was extremely shocked with the KITCHEN as it was basically a building sight , no electric , no cooker, sockets hanging etc literally nothing but countertops ! As a business this is unsafe for me to set up and when I approached the event manager of this venue they were no help. I am shocked that they are open for business with the unsafe kitchen environment, it’s not fit for anyone to work in. It’s Ashame this as this venue has potential but it is ruined by unprofessionalism and lack of facilities. Waste of my time, and was a loss for me and my business. Hope they take this constructive criticism and use it to their best ability and improve on their small business

When I arrived at the venue, I was immediately met with a discouraging encounter with their security team. The staff here were not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude. There was an overpowering smell of marijuana inside. As an asthmatic, this was a severe health concern for me
