Very good accommodations and close enough to Hyde Park and Harrods that a short walk takes care of travel there. Earl's Court station is a short walk away and from there, it's easy to access the rest of London. Room size is decent, and beds are very nice.GOOGLE REVIEW

Woken at 4.50am by an alarm call I hadn’t asked for. Reception was barely sympathetic when I raised this. This came after twice having to go and get a new key card because I couldn't get into the room. And the light in the cupboard didn't go out so the room was never entirely dark. TV was too big for size of room. Room temperature far too hot, set at 28C when I arrived. And foreign plug sockets to prevent you from plugging the phone in over night. Service charge added to meal means it would have been cheaper to pay the tray charge and have room service. And chocolate brownie spoilt by banana ice cream.GOOGLE REVIEW

Great services, great breakfasts and convenient location. I’ve stayed here many times and last time I stayed the rooms are being updated so there was a lot of construction work. The rooms are clean and ok. Tired looking, but the new rooms look like they will be great. The lounge is great for anyone who had Marriott Status. It’s a great location for Knightsbridge and Sloane Square. Fantastic for shopping.GOOGLE REVIEW

Pretty disappointing overall. The hotel is pretty old and poorly maintained. We arrived 7pm after 30 hours of travel and were told that our room wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes. The room we were put in was at the end of a musky, water damaged hallway, constant noise from the underground running directly below. Thin walls so we can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and hallway. Just not what was expected from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice though. And staff were apologetic about the check-in delay and offered free drinks at the bar.GOOGLE REVIEW

Good location in central London. Near to two underground stations; Earls court and Kingston. Easy to find the underground trans and public buses. Faced to one of the busy tourist destination of Cromwell rood. Working distance to Natural History museum, Victoria & Albert museum, and Science museum. Nice cleaned large rooms. Good restaurant and good food.GOOGLE REVIEW
