Food and service excellent. Take a bow Debbie. Have been coming here for ages and the music played in the River Bar would drive anyone to distraction.Despite repeated requests to management and reception they tell me that its not up to them.We are running out of patience along with many others. Disabled car parking spaces of which there are 5 are frequently taken up by clients of the gym and other non blue badge holders NOTHING we can do i"m told. These are the only two things that let the hotel down.PLEASE ACT before you lose more customers .

Staff are nice, friendly and professional. Hotel room was comfy and clean. Room wasn't ready when we tried to check in after 4pm but they got it ready quick enough after we arrived. Food in the River bar was tasty and staff really nice in there. Will happily stay there again on our next visit to Belfast.

Very cosy, comfortable stay. Rooms appropriately proportioned with a health club on site. Catering and bar is fantastic. Staff is very helpful and tries to look out for you. Full marks!

Fantastic hotel. Had my wedding here. My sister had her wedding here aswell. Food and staff are fantastic. Highly recommended

Rooms were great. Enjoyed the bar food. There is an Indian restaurant upstairs, but everything was very very bland. Breakfast was fine, not a huge choice.
