With its main ballroom and a breakout room, The Embassy can accommodate events of many sizes, up to 100 people standing, 70 in a theatre style set up, 60 in cabaret & 40 in boardroom The venue’s elegant design features a mix of classic and modern elements, providing a stunning backdrop for any event. The venue is also equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, ensuring that your event runs smoothly.

Running along the western edge of Buckingham Palace Gardens, and just minutes from Hyde Park Corner, Green Park and Victoria Train and Tube Stations, Grosvenor Place boasts a rich history dating back to the 18th century. There are also a plethora of bike stations and cycle paths in the vicinity, to help you reduce your carbon footprint.

The area is easily accessible to many of London’s most renowned landmarks, including Harrods, Apollo Victoria Theatre, Park Lane, Piccadilly, Green Park, and of course Buckingham Palace.

With exceptional attention to detail, The Embassy's ground floor has been lovingly revamped to emulate its original décor with high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers and hand-painted walls and mouldings. With excellent public transport links, The Embassy is just minutes from Hyde Park Corner and Victoria stations and has multiple bike stations and cycle paths in the vicinity to help with your carbon footprint.

The Embassy offers flexible set up possibilities for up to 100 people at a reception, 70 in theatre style and 60 in a cabaret style set up and is ideal for private dining events and your Christmas parties.
Luscious fabrics, discrete lighting and designer pieces transfer the original vault rooms on the lower ground floor into a unique break-out area, ideal for smaller groups. Established in the actual bank vault, the Palladio Room offers the perfect space for private meetings and conference calls, its beautiful wallpaper, fabulous mirrors, and the mural print of the original Buckingham Palace make this a one-of-a-kind experience.

State-of-the-art AV equipment includes the latest sound system by Bang & Olufsen, individually designed speakers by David Lynch, the outstanding large 4K display, and the Sennheiser PA system.

    After getting over the sheer number of mirrors and lamps, I settled into a comfortable chair and enjoyed the facilities. The layout is easily navigated but it is a period building and so there are accessibility limitations. But that was as far as I could see. There may be accessible means of entry that I am not aware off, so if this is something you need, worth a ring to ask questions or pop them an email. The hosts are friendly!
