We had my daughters communion there on on Saturday and i was so happy with everything, the events manager Sam Coles went the extra mile for us and nothing was too much trouble, we had a large sit down meal for 117 and all the food was served within minutes of each other and lovely and hot. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our hotel rooms were lovely and everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to hold an event, we will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at a wedding we attended here recently. There was a power cut that affected the whole area and they handled this very professionally. Rooms, food, facilities, everything was perfect. Thank you to the Bride and Groom for choosing such a lovely venue. Wishing you a long and happy marriage ❤️ ❤️

Had a brilliant weekend stay for my 21st birthday! The staff were so lovely, both in the hotel and spa!! We were even given free shots for the table in the lounge and complimentary drinks & pastries in the spa for my birthday!! Thanks for such a great weekend :)

Didn't stay, went for a round of golf and a coffee with friends. The golf course is very well maintained and compact. It has lots of trees which are helpful for bouncing the ball off and keeping it in play. Occasionally a tree would get in the way but I suspect this is more down to me being a very poor golfist and not the fault of the tree or the golf course planner. Staff were very friendly and it was a good morning out. Will go again.

Went for my mothers and aunts birthday weekend. It was a nice place, a decent room - nothing too special. It was absolutely freezing, even though it was mid-June. We asked if the radiators could be turned on, which they couldn't, but they gave us a portable heater that was on all night and day. The shower was good, but really short! I'm about 5ft 5, and it was just about right for me, I can't imagine someone 6 ft fitting in there, haha. The staff were really nice, they let us check in early to leave our stuff and they were very polite and thoughtful. They even wished my mother and aunt a happy birthday. We had the spa package, which included a 15-minute session each. My aunt had a really lovely masseuse who was very thorough. Mine was nice and my mum's was good too. The pool area was decent, but we left early on the second day because a lot of people joined for a wedding, and it got full quickly. There were 2 saunas, one dry, one wet, which were nice. The food was mediocre. The breakfast selection was modest - your classic english breakfast with a couple of pastries. The lunch selection was small and not the best, but it was included in our price. There's a lot of really good things to do in that area, and it's decently priced, which is why we chose this place. It's not bad, but it didn't stand out to us.
