We were welcomed very nicely by the two receptionists. Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely, and spacious, and also had a lovely view of the Shard. The only downfall was that the shower smelt like eggs, I think the drain needs a good clean. The shower itself was not dirty, just the smell but everything else was lovely and clean as expected. In my opinion, the cost of the breakfast was not worth what was on offer. For the price I paid for this, I would have expected a full breakfast buffet. Also a side note would be that there was not enough space for everyone to move around to get their food. I believe the restaurant should be redesigned or opened up to allow more room for guests to get past each other as there was a lot of bumping into one another and trying to squeeze past tables.

Very nice clean hotel, good location. The rooms are quite jazzy (black walls, rainbow decoration) so in the daytime it's quite dark. Really don't find the decorations very relaxing. However, it's all fine and the breakfast is great. When I checked out I mentioned to the staff member that I couldn't turn the thermostat down / off and she just said "oh yeah, you have to push the buttons" as if it was my fault (I'm a doctor in my mid thirties so surely I'm averagely capable of figuring out a thermostat). So maybe some better instructions? Breakfast was toast, baguettes, fruit salad, cheeses and crudités, pastries (including vegan croissant), boiled egg, cereals - something for everyone.

Great place, convenient location. Much nicer than most Ibis I stayed before around Europe. Breakfast area is a bit small when busy, but they have enough places to sit and decent choices. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Location is fantastic, just behind the Borough market.

Loved the theme and design of the hotel. The staff were amazing and went beyond our expectations and we appreciate the extra effort very much. The rooms were clean, tidy & quiet. Breakfast was very good. (Unfortunately, got a fine for using a bus lane, as I had to reverse from the drop-off zone because a taxi in front of us was blocking exit forwards - be warned :D )

About a 10 minute walk from the London Bridge Tube station, and an 8 minute walk from Borough Market. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist saw I was tired after my flight and checked me in early, which was greatly appreciated. The free breakfast is great, but I wouldnt have minded a little variety day to day. Not a huge issue. There is no fridge in the room, but it wasn't that big of a deal. There was also no hair dryer, but I was able to manage. The room was clean and comfortable, and well decorated (even my friend complimented when they came by to visit). My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and I couldn't make the room cooler than 23 degrees C. That's VERY hot, especially when you're trying to sleep. It would have been nice to be able to drop it to 20 degrees, plus it would save on the heating bill. Just hoping next time the hotel allows for some adjustments to the temp. Overall I would stay here again! It was good value for the money and the staff are really great.
