Second time coming here. First time was a school trip. Both experiences really good. Lots of lovely wildlife to see including otters. Staff are friendly and informed . Lovely lunch in restaurant - see picture! Spent around 4 hours there. Bring binoculars if you Can- well worth it.

Really lovely place to spend the day, went on a Sunday and fairly quiet, saw great variety of birds and the otters( the highlight) and sat in on a couple of the talks/feedings.. staff are genuinely friendly and place is looked after well. Food is a little pricey, but perhaps a touch less than the big other London day attractions/museums Great with free parking.

As somebody who loves conservation and wildlife, I really enjoyed this experience. You get to wander around a big wildlife park and if you are lucky be able to catch some of talks about some of the certain birds they have there and what they do to care and protect the special birds they have there. WWT is very child friendly and they offer a variety of activitys for kids of all ages. My favorite part was listening to a talk and following a bird feeder showing us how they feed the birds. They not only have birds but they also have otters that are loads of fun to watch! They do have a cafe that has a wonderful view of the pond. I hand so much fun and I definitely recommend this to anybody who just wants to get outside!

Good place for families. As well as the wildlife there is a large playground and a small indoor "amusements" room with educational games in a fairground theme. My five year old loved that. See plenty of birds and insects but also otters. It's a very big place so you need a full afternoon for it.

A lovely oasis in London. We really enjoyed our visit to the London Wetland Center. The facilities were well maintained and there was lots of information throughout to educate you on the birds. We didn't visit the cafe but there were several spots to enjoy your own picnic.
