May 2024Loved this place, the staff were fantastic, nothing was a bother, we needed some more pillows and within minutes a lady came to our room. The room was clean and cozy, also had a little fridge, which most places don't. Very central, so close to shops, restaurants e.t.c. Breakfast was lovely, fruit was so fresh. It's like they had thought of everything. Being vegetarian I asked for veg sausages, which again were there in minutes. Would highly recommend the place.

May 2024We stayed for two nights. We were extremely surprised at the level of attentive service we received from all team members across the hotel. Farsi and Pasquale are a credit to the hotel and brand. The hotel is in a great location, is very clean and well kept.

June 2024Great place to stay if you're looking to be in the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast surprisingly good. Occasionally we had an odd smell in the rooms, but nothing too bad. I would definitely stay here again.

May 2024We had a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room was large and spacious. But it was so dusty. Possibly from the carpet as the hotel itself is rather outdated. Would be nice if they had provided 2 pillows. Was a nice touch to receive 2 small treats on arrival. Would we stay again when we're back in Manchester, most likely not.
