The reception staff were helpful and friendly, smart and professional. An asset to the hotel as we're all of the staff. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and tasteful. An impressive feature was the separate toilet from the bathroom. I usually wake up earlier than my friend and worry that if I utilize the bathroom for my shower and she wakes up needing to use the toilet I'm being unfair to her. This was the perfect solution. The television was set on the wall very neatly, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a bonus for me ! There was a coffee maker and kettle, a fridge and a safe, very welcome thank you. Breakfast was amazing, a vast array of food from yoghurt, fruit, cheese, cereal, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, tomato, baked beans to eggs, 3 ways. Followed by toast, croissant, etc with tea, coffee, orange juice, and cold meats with salad. A huge selection. All of which was complimented by beautiful seasonal decorations. A memorable stay thank you all.

Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel! It was absolutely perfect. Good location, very central, great customer service from the moment I had my first interaction with the staff up the check out. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Lovely breakfast, with a great variety of food, hot and plenty. No option to give a better rating because I would. I work also like to mention few members of staff; Alex, Pasquale and Stan from the bar who made our stay wonderful. Will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to visit Manchester and stay in a great central location.

What can I say perfect all around, me and my missus booked this hotel to see the night life reception super friendly and they decorated our room for us pure Heartists! The food was very tasty my missus would like to add tops to the chef! Thank u for making our stay wonderful

Very pleasant, airy bedroom with a generous queen bed. Upgraded at check in for a birthday weekend. Room was very quiet despite a pretty busy corridor. Staff were quick and had good Chinese new year recommendations and advice.

Stayed for four nights. Positioned very centrally in central Manchester. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room very clean and facilities excellent. Would be good to have some mugs with the kettle. The bar and breakfast were great, just a bit disappointed with the dinner as the menu was very good but the food a bit bland. We will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.
