Novotel Manchester Centre, Boardroom

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Manchester Centre. The customer service from all team members I encountered across reception, bar and restaurant was consistently great - they are all super friendly and attentive. All room variations are great in their own way, super spacious, clean, with varied amenities, a perfectly comfortable bed and quality shower. Whilst the standard rooms are perfectly fine, I’d definitely recommend opting for an executive room for an added luxurious feel with noticeable differences to enhance the overall experience. The bar area is awesome, such a nice tranquil aesthetic, perfectly spaced out, with varied seating options, and a decent selection of drinks available. As for the restaurant, I experienced it when dining for breakfast, and it was perfectly spaced out, with a bright and clinically-clean feel, and the breakfast buffet itself is great for all - being a vegetarian I was very much content with the variety of options available. Overall, I’d highly recommend choosing to stay at Novotel Manchester Centre if you’re looking for a conveniently central hotel, with great service, rooms, bar and dining, at a fair price for the Manchester city centre area.

Again: lovely staff! Very helpful!!! Walking distance to the city center and Oxford Street train station! A lot of restaurants near by. What else can you wish for? I’m ready to move in permanently!

We stayed at the Novotel Manchester City Centre to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so incredibly special thanks to Pasquale and Maggie on the front desk. They went above and beyond in every way possible — not only with their warmth and kindness, but with the genuine effort they put into making our stay unforgettable. Their smiles, thoughtful touches, and personal attention made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel truly cared for. It wasn’t just great service — it was heartfelt, and it made all the difference to our anniversary. It’s rare to meet people who can turn a simple hotel stay into a memory that will last forever, but Pasquale and Maggie did exactly that. We are so grateful to them both and will always remember how special they made us feel. Thank you for making our anniversary magical — we will definitely be coming back.
