Novotel Manchester Centre, Rylands Two

After being let down by another hotel I turned to Novotel Manchester Centre. I was greeted by the extremely helpful Pasquale at reception. I explained my circumstances and Pasquale couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. On a day that was stressful and grey Pasquale really brought the sunshine back for which im thankful. We opted for a family room that was spacious, clean, modern and well laid out. All the staff work really hard in the hotel and are really helpful. This includes the cleaning and room staff. Special mention to Inga and her team who were so helpful and friendly with requests I had. Food and drink in the hotel were also great. The in house restaurant serves great food whatever the time of day. Again some super helpful and hardworking staff here with a mention to Isaac behind the bar. He was friendly and helpful to me and my children. The Novotel brand has always been a reliable and great brand. Im a firm beleiver that brands and hotels are built on their staff. At Novotel Manchester Centre you really have amazing staff who go the extra mile. They are a credit to the hotel and the Novotel brand. Many thanks and myself & my family will be back again soon.

From the first moment that I created this reservation all the staff was available to assist to all my needs and questions with professionalism and empathy. A huge thank you to all the staff but especially to Pasquale for his help . The location is just at the centre and you could find everything easily around. The room it was clean and well prepared for us. As a member of Accor I am happy to see that this hotel respects and reflect all the values and the benefits of this brand.Deffinatly will be another stay again soon, looking forward to see everyone and create some great memories together. I enjoy the Novotel brand and the Manchester hotel was a good choice. My upgraded room was spacious with good amenities. There was a pleasant seating area, comfy bed and generous bathroom. I do like the room has a fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom shower pressure was excellent and I liked the feature glass wall. The breakfast was high quality and the selection was very good. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Emily made me very welcome for breakfast. I would stay again.
