May 2024This gorgeous hotel is ideally located within a short drive of Gatwick Airport and M25. There is ample parking, which is free for hotel guests. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel boasts a gorgeous spa with small pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. There is also a small but well equipped 24 hour gym. The rooms are well maintained and decorated. A small fridge, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and safe are stored within the wardrobe, and the usual beverages are available in the room, too.

June 2024Fantastic spa facilities-very relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for. The service from every member of staff my Partner and I interacted with was impeccable. The food was beautifully cooked and presented, with plenty of choice on the menu. I'm so sorry that I forgot to get the names of the ladies at the main reception and spa reception, or else I would mention them personally. We would like to say a special thanks to Scarlett, our Masseuse and Mark in the dining room. Thank you so much for making my Birthday treat so relaxing and enjoyable and we look forward to returning in the future.

April 2024Staff: All friendly, smart and helpful. They seem genuinely happy to work there and they made sure we were well looked after. Food: Food in the bar restaurant was delicious. Good sized portion and attention to detail. Not a crumb was left. Facilities: Spa was clean, towels were given and a coin was also given for lockers. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available to use. Hair dryers provided in changing rooms. Swimming pool had stairs with rail to enter safely. Jacuzzi was nice and big but was very very hot and actually too uncomfortable to stay in for too long. Bedroom: Bedroom was clean and a good size. Bathroom was also a good comfortable size. Again, everything was super clean. Bed linen and towels were pure luxury and the bed was so comfortable. The shampoo etc that were provided aren't a pleasant smell but that's my opinion. (same ones in the spa changing rooms). Everything else: Large range of alcohol for a small bar. The weather was lovely so we sat outside in the courtyard which had plenty of tables with nice scenery. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

May 2024Stop over hotel en route to Gatwick, found a great deal through APH with meet and greet parking at the airport. A little way out than other airport hotels we have stayed in. Easy to find and good access to car parking. No lifts in the hotel so this is important if you have a lot of luggage or need accessible rooms. We were struggling with our luggage and Mark the Duty Manager stopped to help us. Amazing customer service from Mark who helped us with our luggage to the room. Bar and restaurant were lovely and reasonably priced. Room and amenities lovely. We observed again exemplary customer service from Mark who supported some customers with accessibility support needs in the restaurant. This support was above and beyond anything we have witnessed in the UK. Mark, you should be commended for this, this far exceeded the help you gave us with our luggage. Would recommend and we would stay again, however ask in advance for a room near reception. We hope Crowne Plaza read these reviews nationally, Mark is a credit to your organisation.
