    Stayed here for 3 nights and the place is perfect if your just in London to visit. The receptionist and other staff members are very friendly. The hotel layout of very modern which you wouldn't expect from the outside. The rooms are very small and if you have alot of luggage it can be a squeeze but as we were not in the room but only to sleep this was fine. Hotel room is also very modern with Alexa aswell as the buttons for do not disturb or if you request room service. Bathroom is also big. The rooms were spotless. Location is also perfect, Paddington station is just up the road in which basically goes to everywhere. If I was to visit again I would stay here.

    Booked the hotel for 6 nights and the gave us a room in the basements near the restrooms fitness & cleaning storages; when ask to change they said they were fully booked. The noises woke us up at 6am, no curtains on the windows with lights on until midnight . Room 704. Good location, complementary drinks but besides that we were not happy at all. Couldn’t sleep the all time with my kids. The ladies changed one bedding instead the 3 for the all week.

    Hi dear I am sorry to tell you we had a very bad experience at the hotel. I was in room 204 and for the whole week I couldn’t sleep at night as there was too much noise in room maybe above me, they didn’t stop moving at night and were making incredible mess. I did tell the ladies at the reception for several times, they said they will solve out the issue, but nothing has changed all my stay. Even I am a club accor platinum member, I decided unfortunately to never come back when I am in London.

    I stayed here for 12 nights, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience, at first i booked through the official website to make sure i send my request myself, I requested an early check in, and a driver from the airport, non of that; however, was secured. I had to get a ride myself, and i had to wait in the lobby for over 4 hours until they prepared my room after a 7 hours flight despite my request, the room was very small unlike the displayed pictures, i’ve never seen a smaller room, and it gets noisy especially at night. I wake up to noises from neighboring rooms and corridor couple of times at night. What made my experience even worse was the fact that i booked a ride to the airport and confirmed it 2 days earlier to my flight, made sure it’s confirmed twice from the receptionist, yet no driver showed up, the night shift reception wasn’t informed about it. and i was late to my flight. they’re not reliable, I’m not asking for an extraordinary services, just to be trustworthy and respect your customers time, and if your customers are paying a high price for a very small room, it should at least be in a less noisy area at night. I’m never coming back again
