June 2024We’ve rented a room as a special occasion to stay for our wedding. The hotel staff was beyond helpful and the service was personal, thorough and we felt genuinely taken care of on our special day. This is easily the best hotel experience we’ve had in years, if not ever. The rooms are clean, contemporary and comfortable. The on-site restaurants are stylish and pleasant. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, and again the service was amazing throughout. We will definitely stay here again

From breakfast in bed to the magnificent views from our room, we couldn't have asked anything more! Staff were professional, accommodating, and kind! Great experience and I'd highly recommend this lovely establishment to anyone traveling to London! Bravo Zulu, Royal Lancaster!

June 2024Had a really great stay at the Royal Lancaster. The location was perfect - in a quiet area but well situated to everything. It's right across the street from Hyde Park and just a minute's walk from the Lancaster Gate tube station. Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, and the Royal Albert Hall were all easy walks through Hyde Park, while other areas of interest were just a few stops on the tube for the most part. We stayed in a Classic Deluxe View room, which was perfect for two people and had a great view of the London cityscape across Hyde Park. The rooms were well appointed, with high attention to detail in cleanliness. The staff was responsive when we requested an adapter plug. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend! Skipped breakfast at the hotel, but lunch at Tony Page was top notch.

April 2024We had a corner room with windows facing in two directions which was lovely. All staff were very friendly and happy to help you. The only problem was the breakfast. We went down for breakfast around 7:30AM but the room was already packed with guests. All the tables were very close together so at our table guests were constantly squeezing by on both sides. There were also a lot of people in the food area, so it was difficult for us to fill our plates. By the time our coffee came, it was not hot. When we finally managed to get some salad, we couldn’t eat it because it was not fresh. I would have thought a hotel like this should have better quality control. Anyway, everything else besides the breakfast was great.
