December 2023We stayed here over Christmas with our cat and our stay was lovely. I was a bit worried because of the reviews but everything was great. The bed was fantastic it was honestly brilliant to sleep on it. The staff was very nice too. The only negatives are that the bathtub was a little small and that the price of the spa is outrageous so is the price of food. £20 for a sandwich or £190 for 130 minutes of spa usage, a 40 minute massage is 80 something pounds. Come on! But overall we all enjoyed our stay.

January 2024A nice hotel, easy to find on Shepherds Bush Green although the revolving doors weren't working so not an ideal start to arrival. Friendly reception but no help with my bags to my room, a bit disappointing. Good and comfortable room with basics and nice products included. The room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to work but it was a very comfortable bed so I slept well. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and good service with the fantastic atrium views above. In all good value and pleasant so I'd definitely recommend and return. Thank you

January 2024Clean twin room in good repair. En suite clean and in good repair although in need of minor refurbishment. No mini bar with no apparent opportunity to request one. Breakfast: routine English with continental. Staff are obliging, pleasant and interested in meeting clients' requests. Standard of accommodation is, in this reviewer's opinion, commensurate with price.

February 2024Excellent location. Only 10 minutes walk to Westfield Mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a bus stop directly in front of the hotel main door. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean though the carpet of some rooms are dated. Very cozy and comfy. There's a mini fridge in my room, iron and iron board, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash and also lotion to moisture you body. You are also able to control the room temperature and it does work well. However, probably due to the price I paid, my room has no view.

April 2024This is a perfectly nice hotel, it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Most staff we came across were lovely and service was good (they do add a 5% service charge to your bill that you can request to be removed so I’m sure this helps) The room was lacking in details and that “something special” you expect for £200 odd quid a night…no view, broken curtain and no coffee pods for the coffee machine. Cocktail I had at bar “bartenders recommendation” was dreadful and expensive, as were the only crisps available after our evening out. I don’t mind paying a lot if it’s excellent. Biggest disappointment was breakfast, well below par, certainly not what you’d expect in a 4 star hotel. Nothing wrong with this place, just a little disappointing for the price, would be just fine if you’re on business trip but not if it’s a romantic night away.
