Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, in particular Sonya. Beautiful evening meal and breakfast was superb. Only downside is the pool which would benefit from a refresh of a deep clean and fresh water, big job to drain and refill the pool but the water is pretty opaque (as an under water swimmer).

Could not have been looked after any better. Staff and management are exceptional. Lovely clean, warm, comfortable rooms. Good size and lovely decor. Big beds comfy beds. Could not recommend them enough. They literally could not do enough for us during a 5 day stay whilst our team had a workshop there. So homely and a few minutes walk into town. Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all the staff are lovely and very professional, especially Giulia and Shanelle at reception, especially important while travelling solo. They helped me with my check in and I had a fabulous room. Beds are comfy and the room is very clean and modern. Tea and coffee and water. Breakfast is great, lots of choice and nice quality. Wifi included, nice towels etc in the bathroom. One minor complaint the shower head was a little mouldy on the connection of the head which I saw when I used the shower, but I only noticed this as I deep cleaned my own at home recently. I didn't use the pool as I forgot to bring my swimsuit but this is an extra bonus at the hotel. I chose this hotel for easy access to main New Street Birmingham station- about 30 mins away by road, and to see family in Solihull. The hotel lobby is also really pretty with Christmas trees throughout and in the restaurant also. Thanks for a great stay, highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Make sure you check if your rates include parking or you get charged extra. Rooms are spread across the building and might be a bit of walk to the room as well. Overall a good experience

Modern hotel with a nice lobby and rooms were clean, nicely furnished and styled. Front of house was friendly and helpful and location is great, walking distance to Solihull town centre with loads of shops and restaurants. Our room was a superior king which was generous for our family of 3. The room we stayed in however must have been above a boiler or generator, was a noticeable humming sound throughout the night. Didn't bother us too much, but might be annoying for some. Also walls seem a bit on the thin side, as some noise can be heard from our neighbours. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would come again, but maybe request a different room location.
