Set in stunning open countryside, the Eastfields Farm Barns venue is all about flexibility, uniqueness and exclusivity, allow teams to step out of their normal environment, and into a space where they can relax, strategize, learn and celebrate! Our ethos is to provide everything you would expect at a best in class venue, coupled with the experience of our senior management team to create genuinely standout and memorable events for guests.
As you approach down an impressive tree lined drive, the venue sits back from the road in 30 acres of beautiful open countryside.
The venue boasts:
- A huge Georgian barn which acts as a flexible function venue. Seating with tables, bar, stage, AV equipment – make the space ideal for presentations, indoor activities and celebrating!
- A raised lawn with a further 10acre meadow and woodland, and bridle paths into the rolling countryside, allows for great outdoor team building activities.
- Luxury converted barn accommodation with ensuite facilities for up to 20 guests.
- Breakfast, lunch, evening meals and a private chef available.
- For larger events - full catering for lunches, and both informal and formal evening dining events.
- Management team with both large corporate and adventure expedition background to help tailor your events.
- We are able to cater for events of up to 150 people.
We pride ourselves on our tailored approach to your event and attention to detail. Scott McNaughton, CEO of Eastfields Farm Barns, loves adventure and understands business. He has previously summitted a number of the World’s Seven Summits including Mount Everest, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, and skied across the Greenland Icecap. He was also a senior partner in one of the world’s large accounting firms, specialising in large private and FTSE businesses. Scott will take time to meet with you ahead of your event to help plan and prepare a fantastic day that delivers on your objectives. He will be supported by the wider Eastfields Farm Barns team during your event to ensure things run safely and smoothly.
Eastfields Farm Barns is offered on an exclusive use basis for the duration of your event, and our C-Suite / Group Retreat offering can include;
Event size – up to 10 guests
Event period – Weekdays, two full days / two nights
Exclusive use of the entire venue for your stay. Your party will be the only guests at the venue – allowing a relaxed and intimate space without outside distractions
Daytime reserved for strategic time together. Our buildings include large open plan spaces which will allow you to come together as one whole team or to work in
breakout groups
Large TV screens with HDMI, highspeed WiFi, flip charts allowing presentation of electronic media and fully connectivity
Provision of light refreshments on arrival and during the event
Provision of a fresh buffet lunch delivered to the property on the first and second day, and breakfast hampers on the second and third days

Day 2 Evening
o Wine tasting event – hosted outdoors in the summertime, and in our rustic
Georgian barn in the winter

He will share the success factors learned from his expedition experiences.
Wine tasting event
Eastfields Farm Barns hosts two rustic bars, we will open the large Georgian barn to host a wine tasting event with wines from around the world! Ideally outside taking in the spectacular countryside scenery.
Private chef
Our chef partner, Stanley, has travelled extensively and specialises in foods from around the world. With flexible menus to suit every palate, he will interactively prepare food and oversee dinner service within the property itself.
