Leonardo Royal London City, Lion Suite

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many top attractions. If you are lucky enough to book a room on one of the upper floors, you will be treated to a truly breathtaking view of the cityscape. While we did encounter a few minor issues during our visit, the exceptional hotel staff went out of their way to promptly address them and ensure our stay remained wonderful. We were especially impressed by the concierge, Boris, whose attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were second to none, and he made us feel genuinely cared for. Also, special thanks to the manager, Robert, who helped resolve our issues.

Fab hotel in a great location, views from the rooms were excellent and the rooms themselves are nice and spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also top notch and all the staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in and the facilities to our departure. The kids loved the pool and although I didn't get to properly use the gym, I did go in for a very quick workout and thought the gym was well stocked with quality equipment. One note is that the lift could be quite congested, with one out of service during our stay. Also the touch plates in the lift (whatever the button bit is called) got quite grubby by later in the day, which was especially obvious as it's kinda shiny metal. A wipe down every few hours would be a nice touch. Overall a lovely stay in a good quality hotel.

We loved our stay here! When we arrived, the person checking us in was super concerned that we had booked a suite, which usually accommodates two adults- but it was perfect! The rollaway beds they had prepared for our two children were the nicest I've ever seen, and were made up with plush comfortable bedding. The view from the room was spectacular, coffee an tea stations were restocked each day, and the breakfast was great. Excellent location too. Staff were always friendly and above-and-beyond helpful. The only possible downside for families is that the pool is not a family friendly one, the hours for children are narrow and it is built for fitness rather than leisure. But this was pretty minor for us. Will definitely be back!
