I booked 2 tickets for my girlfriend and myself (this and the trip to London being her Christmas present) with an outsourced service (design my night) which screwed up on the reservation. I paid 80£ and we weren’t on the list once at the entry... They reassured us and – being full this night – they did set up an extra table for us which was actually perfect to follow the show. Obviously you have to be careful with the extras – basically the drinks – but that’s the same everywhere as far as you’re spending the evening in a club (I don’t understand the bad reviews about that) in center London. We both agreed that 40-50£ for a 3 courses dinner and such a high quality show was fairly cheap. They could have just say no at entry. Instead of that we spent an amazing night, would obviously recommend it and will definitely come back. Thanks again.GOOGLE REVIEW

If I could give less than one star I would. Came for a hen party of 23 girls. Despite having submitted our food order well in advance I had to go over it line by line, course by course with the waitress. When mains came out the last people to get served got their meals some 20 minutes after the first people despite me chasing twice. Food for those who had cancelled was brought to the table anyway, causing great confusion and a surplus of food.(They do this so they can get away with charging you for the cancellations.) And having messed up the mains they bought us WAY too many desserts, some of which had to be sent back to the kitchen because they looked awful. We complained to the manager who refused to give us a discount of more than £91 (a bit disgusting considering we were spending nearly £2k with them.) Eventually she agreed to take off another £100, but that she had already taken £100 off the total she had showed me. On receiving my receipt after payment i saw that this was a LIE. Proud staff are happy to lie to your face to get what they want out of you which is a sack load of cash for appalling service and bad food. To top it off I wrote an email of complaint and they have not responded at all, some two weeks after I sent it, and having chased them for a response twice. Could not be more disappointed.GOOGLE REVIEW

Proud Cabaret sell Premium Group Party Packages for groups of six, eight and ten. My party was a group of 12. Therefore I was sold two, six people booths. This includes a glass of champagne on arrival each, three food platters, one bottle of premium 70cl spirits, with two mixers, fabulous firework chocolate cake, award winning cabaret show and premium seating for the grand total of £450. I was sold TWO due to my party size. When I questioned why our table was only given one bottle of spirits and one mixer, I was asked to "prove it". I accepted this challenge and won after over 20 minutes of quality time away from my group. And where was the cake? As we only received one tiny slice of cake for the bride to be... So much for "fabulous firework chocolate cake". The service was completely unacceptable. We had high hopes for the evening as it cost over £1000 after the 12.5% service fee. Oh... And £4 for a non existent program, the hussle continues. Such a shame.GOOGLE REVIEW

Okay - but not a perfect evening. We came to London from Germany for the hen's night for a good friend. We prepared ourselfes for this special night and dressed up as asked before in a glamorous way. Our table was a round one, near to the stage. The two sits on the left and right on both ends of the round bench were very closely to the table, but okay, it's for one evening. The waiter came to us and introduced hisself as Dominik, he will be our waiter for the evening. So far, so good we thaught. He said he recognized we had no desserts chosen before, if we want to have the dessert menu to have a look at. I replied we have chosen desserts and gave our printed menu confirmation to him - the first No Go in my eyes. But okay, let's go on. I had written down the menu for every girl on a pink note, so everybody has to know what she has chosen. We get our starters before the show, they were good. The show itself was hosted by a woman and she was supported from four guys. Every guy had his own special show part which was pretty good - instead of the one with the best body and I think the favourite not only of our "hen". This was a pitty. Also the pause after not at all one hour for round about thirty minutes (or more?) was a little bit too long for me. The written included first cocktail was no free choice, everybody got one little glass (0,2l) of "rumpunch". After that we choose a bottle of prosecco - the waiter Dominik had first to ask if they have this special one. Also a No Go. After this bottle, he said they run out of it and also the next we chosse, they don't had. For me, also a No Go. I think, it was because of the price - we had chosen the cheapest one, but also because it tastes good. So, we choose now a sweet wine, we know from Germany. Until we get this bottle, it takes certainly 20 - 30 minutes - minimum. Our main course we got shortly before the pause started - good timing for us. Other guests got it while the show. But also here a fauxpas - we didn't got our sides. We asked the female waitress which brang our wine bottle, when we will get the sides, but she doesn't know and said she will send another waiter who could answer. This one never came. The individual courses and drinks we got from different waiters, so at all we do not have one over the evening which I thaught when we got introduced to Dominik. Instead of this, "our" waiter came (before our bottle of wine) to ask if we celebrate something special this evening and later if we want to order a piece of cake for our "hen". At this point we frown our eyebrows and said no. The show came to it's end and after questioning for our desserts and waiting long for it, we got it. The cheesecake was good, but the Parfait from one of the girls was a joke for 5 pounds - a little piece of parfait would be a better description for it. At the end, I want to pay - I go to the bar by myself for it, I didn't want to wait any longer. I got the bill for checking everything. After pointing out we had no sides, they delete it from the bill. I recognize they mentioned 4 pounds for the program. I asked if we could take it with us for this prize and I picked it up. I also pointed out, we didn't get the after-show-shot. This I did round about five times, because I want to be sure, we get it for our money. But it doesn't was it worth, it tastes not good. To sum it up: the show parts which were showen were good and also the atmosphere, but the service made the evening not really enjoyable. Maybe the english hen night girls are not so ambitious, but for this money I expect a better service.GOOGLE REVIEW
