Excellent once they have me a 14th floor outward facing room. Initially given a lobby facing with wall view internal room which was dark and awful. Insist upon outward facing and have a great stay.

Fantastic staff, all of them were so friendly and helpful. Great accessible rooms for disabled people, with fully accessible bathrooms. Was able to park my car at the entrance with my blue badge.

I stay here for 4 days. My opinion: is not 5 stars hotel. They have to clean much better The room, My. Pillow was dirty. U cant use The fridge in the room if dont pay a deposit. So u cant buy water outside and put in the fridge. At The desk they are really gentle but The weiters At bar or restaurant are really not.

The place is OK. Don't expect to be looking at Tower Bridge unless you get the top floors. It's a good 10 min walk away. Didn't eat there but room was grand and clean, just what you'd expect but nothing overly different or exciting.

The hotel is very good in general but the beds are the worst! Also the concierge is not very committed as I had to ask two times for a topper for the bed and towels (we were 3 and only had towels for two). Nevertheless, the bed was still bad to the point that I had to take pills against the back pain. After a day walking around the city all you want is a comfortable bed but you are not going to find it here. The breakfast was really good. The swimming pool has a very very limited time for children
