A fantastic hotel! Spotlessly clean with excellent spa facilities. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and as it was my wife’s birthday, the staff left a birthday card, chocolates, a cake, and a bottle of wine. Such a treat to walk into! I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a weekend stay.

Luxury, Relaxation & Style – A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of London! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience! Our room on the 11th floor was spotless, spacious, and very well-equipped. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower – perfect for unwinding after a busy day in the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. And the wellness area? Simply outstanding! Included in the stay is access to the pool (1.2m deep throughout – great for a relaxing swim), jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room – all clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Taking the glass elevator down to the pool area on level -3 in your bathrobe makes you feel like a VIP – relaxed, pampered, and just a bit fabulous. The glass lifts offer amazing views over the city, and if you catch the eyes of people outside, you might even feel like you're stepping onto a catwalk. 🍋 The location is excellent, the decor is elegant, and the overall atmosphere is pure comfort. If you're looking for a hotel that combines style, relaxation, and top-notch service – don’t hesitate. Just book it!

Wonderful, brilliant stay. I booked this trip for our wedding anniversary, and I mentioned it to the staff when making the booking. When we arrived, the hotel's hall was bright and welcoming; we were surprised to find out that our room had been upgraded from a superior room to an executive one, complete with a happy anniversary card, a small cake, two small bottles of wine, and a biscuit. What a lovely, welcoming gesture…. Really appreciate it. This room came with bottled water, tea, coffee facilities, Nespresso machine, all replaced every day. It came with access to the executive lounge, where there are snacks, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks all free of charge. We used the swimming pool, steam, and sauna rooms; everything was clean. Overall, the staff were friendly and everywhere was clean; it was a great experience, and I am booking this hotel in Newcastle for our next stay in September. Leonardo hotels are on my A list now for hotels, and I will look for one wherever I go around the world before looking elsewhere. Thank you for making our celebration extra special. My husband and I really appreciate it.
