Cancellation policy
Cancellations more than one month before an event will be reimbursed. Cancellations between one month and three weeks before an event will forfeit the 30% deposit. Bookings cancelled between three weeks and one week of the event will forfeit all deposits paid (50%) Cancellations within 72 hours to pay Venom Enterprise Ltd T/A Mamalu Ristorante Italiano the outstanding agreed minimum spend. Transfer of dates: this is treated as a cancellation, and the above applies. However, if we have availability, you can rebook the event within a month. If not, we will forfeit the 50% deposit you already paid.

December 2023Delicious food, great service and lovely atmosphere. This lovely Italian restaurant was amazing from start to finish and they’re certainly the experts at what they do. If you’re looking for authenticity and quality then this is the place to visit. The Fried Mediterranean Octopus with baby Chicory was delicious, the Chicory was seasoned with beautiful flavours. The stater dishes were made and prepared in front of you. For starters we had Oysters and Red Tuna Tartare with Avocado and rocket served with a basket of bread and for our main dishes we had TAGLIOLINO TARTUFO, (Homemade Tagliolini) and QUATTRO POMODORI (Spaghetti Four Tomatoes). Both main dishes were delicious and full of flavours. The service was perfect throughout, the waiter ensured our wine glasses were topped up. I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again.

November 2023If you're seeking an authentic Italian dining experience, Mamalu is the place to be. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and authenticity of the dishes. The Frittura Mista was a perfect starter, featuring the freshest seafood, and the homemade Paccheri with Red Tuna Ragut was sublime, with flavors that danced on the palate. The Torta della Nonna was a dreamy, creamy delight, and the Nèprica Negroamaro wine was an excellent choice, pairing beautifully with the meal. The service was exceptional, with a warmth and professionalism that added a special touch to the entire experience. Mamalu isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary journey to Italy, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone who loves genuine Italian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere.

January 202412 years abroad. Absolutely best pasta I've had in London and probably one of the best overall. I went with one of their recommendations and it almost made me cry: so flavoursome! Being Spanish this is a big statement as our food quality standards in terms of "taste" are pretty difficult to match outside our countries of origin. Do yourself a favour and come here asap!

March 2024Went here as it is a new restaurant in our neighborhood. We had the fried seafood starter, the artichoke side, the octopus main and a carbonara. The food was very underwhelming and especially the octopus dish was very bad. The baby chicory was cold and not cooked, not sure if it was supposed to be this way, and drenched in a very salty sauce. Nothing worked together, very loveless dish. The taste of the carbonara was ok, however the pasta was cooked less than al dente, we could not even bend it with the fork. The plates were a bit dirty as well. Will not come here again.
