Excellent service from all but especially Anna on Reception, the late evening bar staff, the greeter at breakfast and our waiter (1 to 2/7/21 room 219). "Gluten free breakfast, no problem" - thank you. The room was spotlessly clean. Fab looking public areas, a cool mix of victoriana and modern industrial. Very comfy bed. No complaints whatsoever. We will certainly look at Radisson Edwardian hotels ahead of others in future. As a very fussy former Deputy General Hotel Manager of many years I highly recommend this property.

I've recently moved to the area and stayed my first few nights in London at the Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt. It was a lovely experience. The hotel is a refurbished late 19th century building, so be prepared to navigate a series of corridors to move between areas, but overall the facilities are lovely, the staff is universally kind and helpful, and the quarters are very comfortable. Special kudos to the friendly staff working breakfast service who were super accommodating of my food allergies and always made mornings pleasant. And a huge thanks to Chloe and Marcelo, who helped me and a small mountain of luggage hail a large cab to get to my next destination. It was quite an operation and took a couple of attempts, and they patiently helped me through it all!

Extremely comfy bed (especially the pillows, and I’m really fussy with pillows) and very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The room was lovely and the hotel is convenient for visiting the V&A and natural history museum. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant or order room service/breakfast as there were no vegan options labelled on the menu, we would have been much more likely to if there were labelled options. Would still stay again as it was such a comfortable bed and overall a really nice hotel to stay in.

A great hotel, very clean and well situated for nearby museums and restaurants. We asked for extra bedding for our son on the folder our sofa bed and the cleaners were very quick and helpful. All staff friendly and attentive. English Breakfast stood out (I’d give 11 out of 10); perfectly poached eggs and all top quality food. I highly recommend.

Radisson always known for a super friendly staff, which I love. Located in the city, lots of restaurant and convenience store nearby. The room is quite small, if you carry big suitcases it would be a bit hustle accessing the elevator or walking through corridor.
