Just the loveliest location in the heart of Kensington, loads of beautiful restaurants and cafes near by. The hotel staff are the absolute best, every single one of them are eager to assist, kind and caring. Breakfast is fabulous! Full English breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked pastry, coffee is in large portions which is always a favorite. Thank you for looking after us with kindness and professionalism, and a special thanks to Mr. Shrestha the General mangager, an extremely kind gentleman.

It's always a pleasure coming here. We have used this hotel as a hub for our London explorations as a couple over ten years ago and we are now enjoying it as a family with our child. Check-in is swift and efficient, you are instantly made feel welcome (although seniority was not recognized). The rooms are fine. They could do with an update, but everything is clean and functional. Bedding and mattresses are comfortable and tidy. Everything works well and nothing annoys you. It's always a pleasant stay after all. The location is perfect.

I stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed my time. The room was clean, cozy, and beautiful. The bed was so soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with consistently good hot water. One thing I appreciated a lot was the lighting — the room was bright and pleasant. The true highlight was the breakfast. It was so good! Chef kiss👌🏻!! a proper full English breakfast with everything you’d hope for, made with high-quality ingredients. I honestly looked forward to it every morning. The staff were all lovely and kind, especially Cecilia, who greeted us every morning with the biggest smile. She always made sure my mom and I had a nice window-seat if available, and I felt genuinely grateful for that. 🙏🏻💕 The location is also fantastic — close to the train and museums, yet in a peaceful area that isn’t too crowded. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Location was good Hotel is very dated in need of a serious deep clean and modernisation. Room had lots of staining and the bathroom had a brown bath. Heating was broken in my room so felt like I was sleeping outside with the draught from the window. I was so freezing I slept in my coat and scarf. Apparently the hotel were aware of the issue in some rooms and were supplying electric heaters. Not good enough that they were leaving it until people complained or found out when it was too late in the night. Breakfast was average, most of the ‘hot’ breakfast was cold.

The room is clean and tidy with a nice bathroom. However, there is no phone in the room, so you have to go down to reception for any assistance, and staff would not provide a contact number for me to call with my own phone. There is no proper table to work on, only one small bedside table and one chair in a double room. The kettle is stored in the wardrobe, and the only plug is used by the fridge. The kettle cable is too short to reach the socket, if you need hot water, be prepared to boil it on the floor. ( There is a room with two iMacs and a printer for free in the lobby, however it is too nosier outside, one iMac and the printer are not working properly, and only working iMac has limited internet access that you can only check gmail but fail to load outlook and other websites) This hotel is fine for tourists who go out long day for sightseeing as the location is good with public transportation well connected, but not recommend for a business trip unless you are prepared to find a workspace elsewhere.
