Chiswick Works used to be the place where London’s buses came to be overhauled, and its industrial heritage is reflected in its contemporary design features.

The site stands as an island surrounded by tube and train tracks, which provide the perfect, fun distraction when viewed from the floor to ceiling windows.

Our flexible Event Space, suitable for intimate events of 20-50 people, or larger events up to 150 people. The Event Space is equipped with AV, Projector screen, 2 Microphones and speakers and with access to the shared kitchen.

People's Mission Hall is a brand new and highly sustainable building.

Our stunning event space is the absolute perfect place for intimate gathering from 20 people, or for a an astonishing drinks reception for up to 120 people. Fully equipped with AV, screen, microphones, speakers, this space is also giving access to:

Availability & Cancellation Policy The space is available Monday to Friday from 8am until 10:30pm. Any bookings outside those days and times will need to be reviewed. A deposit is requested upon reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 1 month prior the event. 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior the event

    Very friendly staff, great tall windows, lovely coffee and usually not too busy compared to other hot desks locations I have been to. 5min away from South Acton tube

    I've been to many serviced offices / hotdesking places all over the world and this ranks right up there with the best. Great space and very freindly service. The co-working space is large and they have spaces for some privacy and nice conference rooms too. An honesty bar with snacks, drinks, and beer. I will be back soon.

    Superb office space with incredible staff. I've been using X+Why Chiswick's office solutions for 3+ months. Trey and Taylor have been absolutely wonderful. The premises are spacious with multiple floors and high ceilings and spaces are always clean and welcoming. They offer a very wide range of office solutions in Chiswick and other London locations. Recommended!

    The main space itself is pleasant and the reception staff were extremely helpful. However, the meeting rooms are unbearable: ultra bright strip lighting would be bad enough but the barcode-style wood-black alternating pattern on the wall is genuinely, without any hyperbole, nauseating - several members of our team felt ill from the strobing effect it has on our vision. Due to this I'll be avoiding this office in future.
