So, we booked The War Of The Worlds Immersive and The Gunpowder Plot Immersive for a 2 day trip to London last week. What a superb experience! We started with a relaxing drink and snack in the themed Spirit Of Man bar which really set the atmosphere with it's decor, lighting and themed elements. The welcome/bar team were great and once the alien head emits the coloured smoke that matches your wrist band, you are called forward for a good briefing before being let through the doors. The introduction sets the scene well and a great cast of actors take you through the story in a fun and involving way. Clever how it is done so that there are genuine scary bits in the dark that really get you jumping! Great VR segments too. During the interval there is the chance to have a drink in the Red Weed themed bar. A great experience that we would definitely do again. Be aware that the music from the album is not played in it's entirety - some tracks are, while others are used as ways to link the scenes. If you want to see the whole album performed, wait for the live stage show to come round again (which we will also book to see!). So refreshingly different - glad we did both 'Immersive Experiences' on this trip!

Absolutely ace afternoon. The acting team are IMMENSE!! So convincing and playing their parts so well. Love that it’s small groups, think we were in a group of 12, anything larger than that and I think it dilutes the experience for everyone. We survived, largely down to the antidote shots we had halfway round. The bar server told me they massively increased the chance of survival and, frankly, I wasn’t prepared to take any chances. Highly recommended.

A great time! The actors are excellent and the Virtual Reality sections were superb! Having the music in the background added to the experience. The special effects were rather clever, even getting sprayed with water. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The actual immersive experience itself is amazing - no spoilers but manages to be both funny and terrifying! Also a really cool bar, really fun staff, just a great overall experience. Had an absolutely brilliant time. Very much recommended - especially to fans of the musical.

Had a great time ,staff and actors are fabulous, venue is lovely, only recommendation I could make is the quality of the merchandise in the shops was not the best for example, plastic pen £6 not that good quality, glass £25. to the team if you sorted out your pricing you would not only make your customers happy but you would also sell a lot more. Overall a very fun experience for a War of the worlds fan.
