Checked into Red Hall on 3rd June 2021 to attend my daughters wedding the day after. Smooth check in then straight to rooms which are absolutely gorgeous, followed by drinks in the bar served by the lovely Pepe and a fabulous meal in Oscars. Breakfast the day after was fantastic then the wedding preparations began. All staff at Red Hall are passionate about the service they provide and couldn't help enough, making sure that everything fell into place like clockwork. I would like to say a special thank you to Warren (Manager) and Joanne (who also answered to the name Wendy!!!!!!) for making the wedding ceremony, speeches and wedding breakfast run efficiently. All food was piping hot and of a high standard. Also thank you to all the girls who were waiting staff. In fact all the staff at Red Hall bend over backwards to help you and made the day that little bit more special. A beautiful hotel that we will definitely return to for a relaxing break in the very near future. Thank you Red Hall for a very enjoyable experience.

Really good hotel! Somewhat unprepossessing exterior but judge this place on the contents not the cover! Friendly receptionist, great room and a first class meal in the restaurant. Would definitely come here again if I need to stay in the area.

I do not recommend!!! Awful services! My family and I went for a after party for my niece's baptism, it looked nice but the staff was so ignorant and arrogant. When we got down to ordering food, the staff was so rude when we wanted to order something vegan since we have allergies. When we went to order something not expensive, they looked down on us. They rolled there eyes, we weren't that hungry so we just got a side again rolled his eyes and shaking his head. My mother order some vegetables, without any dairy or anything. Since she has allergies also. They said it was vegan. It was not, it had butter in it. When she yelled for someone, they looked at her and walked off, completely ignoring her. Her tongue started to swell up. And then she threw up. Because of her allergies. Instead of trying to help, they ignored us. So we complained.. This place was a horrible experience. If you have allergies or dietary needs. Do Not go here!

I was really impressed with this hotel, it looks really smart with plenty of car parking around the back. My room was a good size and was in great condition, the bed wasn't the mist comfoetable but perfectly fine and the shower was excellent. A little road noise but nothing significant. I had fish and chips in their restaurant and this was first class! I should have taken a photo but i was too keen to eat it. The breakfast too was also very good. The staff were very friendly but I've knocked a star off because the reception was not the best organised on my arrival. Nearly all information was incorrect on my booking form, apparently caused by a computer error but i think this could have been handled more professionally. Overall though I'd recommend this hotel, it offers decent value for money and was very handily positioned for me.

Wedding and reception everyone had a great day . Staff very efficient and helpful the sun shone for pictures what more could you ask for. A happy Bride and Groom job done
