I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. I truly loved my stay, and much of its success is thanks to the outstanding work of your team. A special thank you to Esnath, the Housekeeping Manager, for maintaining such high standards, and to Bisnu for arranging my room so perfectly—it was comfortable, spotless, and very welcoming. I’d also like to recognize Sean and Riad at the bar for their warm service and great atmosphere. At the reception, Roman and Maria were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Finally, Blanchette made the booking process smooth and easy, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to all of them. I stayed at Radisson Blu, Canary Wharf on Monday, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Roman at the front desk. He was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His warm attitude and helpfulness really stood out and made my check-in smooth and stress-free. Roman went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests the way he does. He is truly a great asset to the hotel, and his hospitality made my stay even better. I stayed at this hotel in January and I truly enjoyed my experience. The rooms were amazing, very comfortable and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was extremely helpful and always smiling, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would especially like to thank Esnath the housekeeping manager, Bisnu who took great care of my room, Sean and Riad at the bar, Roman and Maria at the reception, and Blanchette who helped moe with my room reservation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly come back

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Canary Wharf for work and had an excellent check in experience. On arrival, Roman told me they could not offer me the room I had booked. After a long day of travel, this caused a brief moment of panic and I asked what would happen next. Roman said nothing at all. He simply paused, smiled, and then explained that he had arranged a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The timing and delivery were impeccable. What initially felt like a problem turned out to be a genuinely thoughtful gesture, and it was handled with confidence, charm and a quiet sense of humour. The suite was fantastic and extremely comfortable, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. The entire process felt calm, well judged and personal rather than transactional. I regularly travel to Canary Wharf for work and will absolutely be returning. Roman is a real credit to the hotel and made the experience genuinely memorable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay as always! We’ve stayed a few times and it’s always 10/10. Roman checked us in this time and explained everything really thoroughly, and helped me get my car parked. He was very kind and we were able to have a laugh with him too! The rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and amenities too! We love staying here and always come back when we go to the 02.
