I wanted to try the co-working service in Milton Keynes. I run a new business so I wanted to expand my network and work close to other people, have a good working experience. I was told that was the right place as they have so many co-working offices with plenty of dynamic people and a good recycle of businesses. I signed for a monthly agreement for £170 per month and been told if I went yearly contract I could spend only £150 per month, this was a lie, in fact, this price was never approved after a month and i stayed with my monthly contract. I was put in a big room alone with 8 empty working spaces, and told that was a matter of days for having the room full of people. I was there a half year and nobody has ever come. The room was very freezing on some days and in the summer it was really unbearable hot, you cannot open the windows. On weekends they turn off the (broken) heating system and it's like hell inside there, I have to leave a couple of times and work from home. Watch out what you sign for. I was in co-working with a monthly contract. When I joined I've been told I could leave whenever I wanted without charge. You need to give one month of notice and do it before the previous month contract expires. Therefore... I ended up paying for an extra month even if I wasn't there at all and my desk was empty. To finish the brilliant experience, after a month that I left, they now sent me an invoice of 4 times the amount of the monthly rent and even if I don't have a direct debit with them they have managed to take the money off my account. The extra amount of money, in my case £460, was taken off because they offer to keep on answering your calls and receiving your mail for 4 months time. Thing is they don't ask you if you want it or not, they just do it and charge you for it right away you are out. This service is cancellable but it will take 10 days to get my money back... From outside it looks very cool and welcoming, from inside is another thing. Thumbs up for receptionists and people who rent offices there, it's just a main organization and bureaucracy problem the company has. Watch out.

Good facilities, parking a little limited

Great facilities and exceptionally friendly/helpful staff. Good central location, with lots of amenities within a minute walk. Parking can be a bit crazy on the street, so a cark park permit is a good investment.

Great place when temporary office space is required. FAB location with easy access from motorways. Really helpful staff 😊
