Steeped in tradition and history, Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is a beautiful luxury country house hotel in Northamptonshire surrounded by formal gardens and parkland landscaped by Capability Brown in the 1760s. It was a home built for entertaining: Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and other monarchs all enjoyed its fine hospitality, and that tradition continues to this day.
The hotel has been awarded 4 AA red stars and 2 Rosettes for its Cedar Restaurant, which offers a host of treats, not least of which is afternoon tea, a much loved tradition within our walls.
Conveniently located in a rural position with the choice of seven function rooms, Fawsley Hall is the perfect choice for meetings, events, training and conferences. The magnificent Tudor House or the Georgian Knightley Court are romantic wedding venues, and with 60 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 150 wedding guests it can cater for weddings large or small.
And if you are in need of a workout or a little pampering, the hotel offers contemporary health club and spa facilities.

This was our third visit for afternoon tea, it is such a treat and never disappoints. The staff are exceptional, our young waiter treated my mother like a queen and made her day. As always, the food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of tea refills, all enjoyed in the beautiful Tudor Great Hall. Definitely recommended, we will be back!

I honestly had the best day ever at my wedding at Fawsley Hall. From the beginning, when we looked round, until our big day (and even since) we have been looked after so well! They always make you feel special. The wedding team are friendly and never felt like my endless questions were an inconvenience. Assisted even with my last minute requests. The day itself was to that same high standard. The day ran so smoothly, the staff were fantastic for both us as the couple and our guests. They guided us when we needed it, and left us to enjoy when we didn't! The food was amazing and we got compliments on it. The rooms are stunning, and we got to use the main house rooms for the ceremony and the beautiful great hall for reception drinks. Breakfast the next morning was served just as well as every other time. I honestly couldn't have asked for more from the venue. Thanks for giving us such a special day! We look forward to coming back many more times.

One word for Fawsley Hall: amazing! We didn't stay the night here, but we dined in the lovely restaurant. It was a family members birthday, and we were looked after so well. The whole team, from kitchen to waiter/waitress was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We asked a few questions about the food, and they could tell us exactly where it was from and how it was made. The food itself was sublime. I've never tasted beef so well cooked! When dining here, you're also served bread before your starters, and entrees. These were equally as delicious as the main courses! All in all, this was an amazing experience both dining, and just seeing the grounds of Fawsley Hall. Will definitely be back again, next time I'll certainly stay a night :)

So I want to start with the great stuff. The staff - they have been wonderful. The place - it is lovely. The food - we had an amazing meal. The spa - it’s really very nice & we had amazing service. So why 4*s? This hotel/chain has a problem with their booking admin. It’s been simply awful from beginning to end. Something is either wrong with software or process & they seem to know it but do nothing. I knew from the outset that there was an incompetence in booking, I could just tell, so I took steps to try and overcome them. Despite all that, our booking was not correct. Of course they put it all right on the day, which we were lucky for. If you have a business process problem, you fix it. So I won’t come back, not because of the place or staff, but because I don’t take breaks to sort out a hotel’s admin. I’ve been so impressed by the follow-up to this post from hotel management. They have really good people here.
