Steeped in tradition and history, Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is a beautiful luxury country house hotel in Northamptonshire surrounded by formal gardens and parkland landscaped by Capability Brown in the 1760s. It was a home built for entertaining: Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and other monarchs all enjoyed its fine hospitality, and that tradition continues to this day.

The hotel has been awarded 4 AA red stars and 2 Rosettes for its Cedar Restaurant, which offers a host of treats, not least of which is afternoon tea, a much loved tradition within our walls.

Conveniently located in a rural position with the choice of seven function rooms, Fawsley Hall is the perfect choice for meetings, events, training and conferences. The magnificent Tudor House or the Georgian Knightley Court are romantic wedding venues, and with 60 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 150 wedding guests it can cater for weddings large or small.

And if you are in need of a workout or a little pampering, the hotel offers contemporary health club and spa facilities.

Located in Knightley Court across from the main hotel, Saunders is a unique room. This function room does not have natural daylight but with mood lighting, smoked mirrors, wood panelled walls and stunning chandeliers, it is a space that can be utilised in many ways. It is also located next to the Stables Bar for a natural breakout area.

Stunning hotel. The main hall and the restaurant are lovingly restored Elizabethan buildings. The room was in the old part of the building and was likewise stunning, with beautiful old windows. The spa was more than adequate with a lively outdoor jacuzzi. If it was a cloudless night we would have seen more stars. The food was fantastic, dinner and breakfast were lovely. Stand out for me was the wild mushroom risotto starter. This was so lovely, we're sending the inlaws!

Had a spa day here with my mum and sister and we all agreed it was the best spa experience we had ever had! The facilities were great and so clean. The lady on the cafe stand looked after us so well, checking in and making sure we were having a great day. We had two treatments each, I had a full body massage with Bella, it was the best massage I've ever had. Cannot recommend fawsley hall spa enough! I hope we can go back soon

Beautiful grounds. We came for a Spa day, the venue is stunning. All of the staff were so lovely. Facilities were great, the food was good. Felt very relaxed the whole day! I would highly recommend if you were looking for a spa break or day!

WOW WOW WOW. Fawsley Hall is just beautiful. My partner booked Fawsley for a night away, and we also had friends come with us for my birthday treat. The place was beyond exceptional. We were greeted by lovely staff in reception who arranged our bags to be taken to our room as it was just having final checks, so my partner and I decided to go for a coffee while we waited. We were relaxed the moment we stepped out of the car. The hotel and surroundings were stunning and so tranquil. Our feature room was beautiful. The only thing I wish we had was a separate shower, but that doesn't matter because everything else was perfect. When my friends arrived, we all decided to take a leisurely walk over to the church on the grounds. The views were breathtaking, and the church was lovely. I only wish it was open because looking through the window, it looked beautiful inside. When we arrived back at the hotel, we decided to go into the bar for hot chocolate and tea to warm up. There was a lovely fire lit, so we sat by it to warm up. The staff member came over and took our order, he was very polite and professional...all the staff were and time just stood still. We arrived for dinner at 8 pm in a lovely little room. We were given bread while we waited for our starters to arrive, and you could tell it was freshly made that day. We ordered our mains too, but I was disappointed that there wasn't any belly pork left, so I decided on a steak. All the food was beautifully cooked and there were no complaints. We didn't order a dessert as we all felt full. The following day, my friend and I had a massage booked. The spa was lovely ( I only wish we had more time to spend in there). The staff were courteous, and my only gripe was my friends massage was booked at 10 and mine 10.30. It would have been nice for us both to have had them at the same time, so we finished the same time. ALL the staff should be commended, they are a credit to this hotel. Would I visit Fawsley Hall again....ABSOLUTELY. I highly recommend going to this outstanding place, you will not be disappointed.

Pool is freezing, one of the few places where it's warmer when you get out. By far the coldest pool I've been in on any trip so far in the UK. Otherwise this place is 5 star. Really hoping they turn the pool temp up and would love to come back, otherwise I personally wouldn't.
