Great stay. Booked for 2 nights as going to a concert at KK’s Steel Mill, perfect location, Uber from hotel to Mill £6. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A lovely, atmospheric bar area serving a good selection of food and drink with a very hospitable bar tender. Well done to all the breakfast staff who coped so well with an extremely busy breakfast service on Saturday morning. All managed to keep smiling and calm despite the number of people with whom they were having to deal. A special shout out to the amazing Ruby who looked after us so well on both mornings and even though we were seated outside the breakfast area on Saturday morning Ruby ensured we had everything we needed, thank you. The hotel hosted a wonderful private function on Saturday night that ended before midnight. We had received an email from the hotel before our visit informing us about this celebration, this was most considerate. We had no complaints at all about this, it is a function hotel and only wished we could have joined the celebration! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Park Hall Hotel.

Such a brilliant hotel, has so much potential. The grounds and building are so grand and well presented. The leisure facilities aren’t that great, the pool was absolutely freezing and everyone visiting at the same time as me all made mention to how cold it was. The only other negative would be the fact they’re using the hotel as a court house during the daytime, which means you have restricted use of the building and cannot go straight to your room without taking a detour. The food at the restaurant here is absolutely brilliant, and way better than we expected when we sat down! Overall, I would actually visit here again, but I wouldn’t use the leisure facilities.

Nice location, really quiet surroundings, easy to access nearest train station. Not great sound proofing on rooms or maybe I had particularly noisy neighbours. The staff are exceptionally welcoming. There is a nice little bar area, the facilities in general are clean and tidy with plenty of places to sit and work. Breakfast was good, the dinner was better so much choice and all tasted great. Jasmine & Sherelle in the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us at dinner and ensure nothing was missed we felt so well looked after. The spa facilities are nice but get very busy at peak times around 5pm. No towels available at that time, wish we had brought our room ones.

Stayed here for a murder mystery evening, a beautiful hotel, was shocked for Wolverhampton! Plenty of free parking, good size rooms with hair dryer, iron and tea making facilities, nice view over the gardens👌🏻 Staff were polite and helpful. Only down size was the bar is small for the size of the hotel. Free gym and pool facilities which we didn't have time to use unfortunately. Breakfast was a buffet which they needed to be stock back up more quickly as a lot was gone by 9:30am

Beautiful location, I had a massage by Melissa, she is kind, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease instantly. The massage was incredible, such good value for money, she got out all my knots and I felt like I was floating on air afterwards. I definitely recommend and will be going back again. Thanks Melissa :)
