There are no words to describe what a great place this is. My wife and I got married here and it couldn't be more perfect. The place itself is stunning with breathtaking grounds and views surrounding the beautiful country house. Inside is much of the same with amazingly decorated rooms in keeping with the traditional theme and decor. But a venue isn't just made by the building or grounds, it's the staff also, and I cannot speak highly enough of those who work at Blakelands. From the planning and preparation all the way to the day itself, the staff were absolutely fantastic! They dealt with every question and concern and made planning and execution of the wedding as easy as possible. If you want a country style wedding then I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.
