What an amazing place to visit! Bit of a walk if you get the subway but the park is lovely to meander through (bus is more direct). Amazing to see mix of the Glasgow Boys, Impressionists, Mackintosh, a spitfire and wild animals! The building itself is so impressive and the installation of heads was really striking. Something for everyone! Definitely worth a visit....

An absolute treat and so much more than an art gallery. Some sections highlight great Scottish artists and movements but plenty of international masters too, inc Picasso, Matisse, Monet, Van Gogh, Constable. Heaps of installations and items that take you through time. Something for art buffs but also those interested in history and culture. Free to enter, relies on donations. Fabulous 👍

A wonderful way to spend a Summer afternoon. Walk through the park to the museum and back again. Lovely. The dinosaurs are not local but it's still fun to walk under and around. The art is spectacular and sometimes amusing. Something for everyone over age 7.

Nice art gallery in the heart of Glasgow. Contains fairly a good collection of paintings, specially of Scottish painters. I feel if you do a search in the Internet for the best exhibits you will be able to see all and finish in 1.5 to 2 hours. Or else, if you would prefer, even a full day could be spent. A must if you happen to visit Glasgow.
