Other rules

Opening hours are 10AM - 4AM the next day. We hold an alcohol licence so the drinks will be provided from our bar. There will be £500 security deposit and will be refunded if its reach the min. spend of £3500. If not we will keep the £500. First event: We will need 28 days notice so we can prepare the legal documentation.

Dodgy club, causes nuisance to local residents on weekends as people will park all over the street on double yellows, blocking access to apartments. People scream and shout when the club closes at 4AM until they disperse
