For us, this was just a legality, in preparation for our actual 'Big Day', however, the staff, and of course the stunning building, made this a wonderfully memorable event. Even the appointment to register made the whole experience amazing. Ordered a copy of my birth certificate on January 20th 2020. They said it was posted on 24th January. As of the 6th February I still have not received my copy. They expect me to pay again for this sevice which obviously is not fit for purpose.

Wonderfull place to have the citizenship ceremony , the staff deserve truly all the respect and praise. Delighted with the experience
