It's definitely somewhere great to visit around Christmas. I didn't buy anything as it's out of my price range. However, they have great displays on and bring a massive nostalgic feeling of being a kid around Christmas time. I loved seeing the Christmas pudding display. It was beautifully done. One not so positive point was that it was very busy and could hardly move comfortably around the shop, but I did expect it to be that way.

One of the must visit places whenever I am in London. Indulge yourself with fine tea selections and biscuits. Not only that it’s a department store for fragrances and home wear. The atmosphere there feels like you are living in different era where luxurious shopping was a thing at that time.

What an amazing store. I struggled to find vegan options but the staff was very helpful especially Celeste. She is a vegan as well and took the time to point out the options they had. I would love to see more but the excellent staff made up for it. What a very pleasant experience. I got the vegan mayo. It’s very good.
