About Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill

Richard Corrigan is the chef patron of the Corrigan Collection, which operates Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill & Corrigan’s Mayfair in London, private estate & lodge Virginia Park Lodge in Ireland and most recently in 2019, Daffodil Mulligan, London. Richard’s culinary career, in brief, spans several years in the Netherlands, head chef of Mulligan’s in Mayfair and gaining his first Michelin Star as head chef of Fulham Road in Fulham in 1994 and his second star at Lindsay House in Soho, in 1997.

In addition to wowing the London food scene, Richard has cooked for the Queen twice, British Airways Concorde and is the Chef’s Alliance Spokesperson of the Slow Food Movement. Richard’s media career is wide and varied. He was crowned winner of the Great British menu no less than three times. Richard also won the recent Great British Waste Menu special, airing to over 7 million on BBC 1 prime time and which culminated in a dinner at the House of Lords.

Bentley’s has been serving its fish and chips and feeding the hungry shopping masses for over 100 years, a haven for fresh oysters, grilled fish and steaks from around the British & Irish Isles.

What an amazing place we sat on the terrace which was great the atmosphere was so nice. We had oysters and lots of starters and each one had such great flavours and was so tasty. The service was awesome as well our waiter explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.

Incredibly quality seafood. The oysters are lovely. I had the prawns and it was quite a large serving. Also, the desert was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great quality fish and seafood, excellent service and wonderful traditional building. Expensive though! Update: Went back today (Oct 21). Service was fab, food was excellent quality but OMG, £29 for a tiny dressed crab was not value for money! Is there a crab shortage or something?!

Great location and excellent staff. A little pricey and the lobster spaghetti did not have a lot of lobster. However a very enjoyable evening and I will go back.
