lovely food and as we had brought our dog with us,the staff actually took care of him, brought him water before we asked for it, brought him sausages for free and topped his water bowl up, and the food was reasonably priced.Would recommend it

Staff couldn't be more helpful here, they got me out of a sticky situation when another hotel cancelled on me upon arrival. Manager was kind enough to allow a late check in to save me sleeping in my car. Only stayed a short amount of time but the room was very nice with a comfy bed. Couldn't stay for breakfast but from what I saw it looked night. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

My Aunty Olga who stay at the hotel at the 24th, 25th 26th of August was appalled by state of the room, the disregard for her disability, which having to climb two flights of stairs to her room, which poorly lit, with furniture which lacked any stuffing firmness. A TV which did not work properly with no instructions. She was able to bathe at all, as no grab bars. One star award was for food service, which was good or this hotel would have not go one star. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a mobility or disability. It needs to a stricter regime for cleaning room, as toilet was disgusting, same with light switches on lamps, which had all seen better day.

Decor is dated but the friendly staff and good food more than make up for that.

Absolutely lovely stay here,the managers can’t do enough for you.All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the fried bread in the full English was delicious,very satisfied 😊
