February 2024Had a great little stay here, beds are super comfy, shower is great, location is fab being at the bottom of Bobby and 'diagon alley'. Staff here are really helpful!

December 2023Great staff but hotel needs some investment. Weird lift configuration and you have to pass a maze to go rooms. Bad quality mattress there was a duvet top of the mattress(weird) and lack of heating in the rooms it was really cold. Ac was trying to heat up rooms. I suggestto owners invest more to the hotel. Great location in the Victoria Street.
