May 2024Very good breakfast, good bar food, lunch, drinks and excellent service for a large conference. Nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi, although not for serious swimmers. Nice gym that does the job, quite busy and small. Very friendly staff and multiple really nice bar and breakout areas. Great conference venue. Lots of parking. Just not that easy to get to on foot from the station, taxis needed ideally.

April 2024Highly highly recommended. After reading a couple of bad reviews we were a little concerned but we didn’t need to be at all. What a hotel it’s beautifully clean well decorated and the all the staff were 10/10 so so helpful not to mention the breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel even down to lovely music playing. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely staff.

April 2024Enjoyed a one night stay as part of stay play and explore package. Rooms were large and spacious. Bathroom was adequately clean though some small areas could have been cleaner. Breakfast was plentiful, had a good variety and nice service. Definitely very good value as part of the deal.

June 2024Website says check out at 12, it's actually 11. Website says email to book a swimming session, when you get there you're told not to email. After our second night the cleaners came in and left us with no toilet rolls so I rang reception who said they'd organise some. Nothing turned up. 4 star hotel in their own head only. How they got them is very much a mystery. The Hilton would be my preferred option but they were fully booked. Avoid if you can.
