April 2024It says it’s a four star hotel but I’d say it’s a 2.5 star hotel. There was garbage all over the street by the hotel. Gross. The hotel room was not what was pictured. We booked a superior room, and nothing about it was superior. The room was terribly hot. We asked for a fan which the gave us, and it helped a lot. There was an office across the alley, which never turned off the lights. We couldn’t close the shades because it would have been too hot with the window closed. The window only opened two inches. The room only has three outlets. The hairdryer they gave us didn’t work in the bathroom, so we had to use it in the bed area. The shower was so small we couldn’t bend down to clean our feet. The floor was really dirt with stains. On the flip side, the staff was very nice. I would never stay there again.
