For the day stay it was perfect! The room was bigger than I expected, with a huge bathroom—probably for people with disabilities, but I definitely didn't mind. They had a good set for making hot drinks, including liquid milk packages and hot chocolate. That was also a pleasant surprise. The staff was very professional and efficient. We used the hotel's restaurant for lunch—the soup was surprisingly classy; the main course was dry-ish, and there were no sources on the table, but it was eatable. Aside from this little issue, the rest of the stay went very smooth. It is a very convenient location, and I will use it in the future.

A lovely 1 night stay. Ideal location with parking close by. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was on the top floor and was quite warm. A fan was provided which was needed! It was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower was lovely with good pressure. Location was ideal and close to Euston station. Would stay again. Reception staff could have spent a bit more time explaining breakfast to sell it more(for instance cheaper if you book on reception). We didn't have breakfast or any food at the hotel so can't comment on that. The restaurant did however look lovely.

Stopped over for the night between two trains, so location was our key deciding factor. There are works going on around there currently making the hotel a bit more difficult to access from the station, but it's still very convenient. The breakfast is varied and pretty good although healthy options are limited and there's only sandwich bread. Lots of sliced meat and a full English breakfast. Beds were comfortable, shower was clean and in good working order.

After staying for two nights, I can’t say I enjoyed my time at The Wesley Euston. Now, I cannot complain about the friendly and helpful staff at front of desk who did their best alleviate some of my issue but I am of the opinion that if I am spending over £100 a night for a hotel room I do not expect to have issues with simple things. First day, after checking in, I had to get a towel replaced because there was a brown stain on it. I also had to get the bedside lamp replaced as it did not work (for whatever reason) and the phone needed “resetting”, so I could call down to the front desk if I had anymore issues. The room, while very small, it was really all I needed. Now, I will say, I did expect some noise being so close to Euston Station, but I didn’t expect the noise to be so loud, maybe I should have had asked for my room to be changed but at the time I couldn’t really see how it would make a difference. Even with earplugs in I struggled to get more than an a few hours of broken up sleep a night, I even had to unplug the phone as it would light up every so often disturbing my sleep. There was also a constant light from outside which with the frosted class mad it look like it was daylight 24 hours a day. The black out curtains did help, but because they weren’t fitted properly (too long) it meant there was light constantly seeping through the bottom of the curtains. This may have not been so bad if the bed was comfortable, the middle of the bed sagged too much making it difficult to get comfortable. The sheets were just double sheets folded in half, and the covers were too thick, meaning if I had them over more than half my body, I sweated like a Priest in a brothel. Took half the first night to work out what setting the loud air con needed to be set at so I didn’t freeze to death (the numbers on the screen don’t seem to correspond to the actual temperature). My next complaint was the breakfast, while there was nothing wrong with the quality or the cooking of the food, compliments to the Chef, the food was not hot enough, and the plates were cold. Meaning by the time I had eaten a small amount of my breakfast it was stone cold. This was the same the second morning. I’d recommend the continental or maybe make yourself a bacon or sausage sandwich with the lovely bread they have on offer. Finally, I will have to finish on the shabby appearance of the hotel, I saw a man outside painting the fence gold, and my first thought was, maybe you should get inside and sort out the walls, skirting boards and doors which were chipped and damaged with scuff marks. Maybe the hotel will soon be going through a bit of a refurbish soon and I really hope so because i dread to think how it would look in a couple months time. Cleaning is definitely a secondary consideration as while I was unplugging my charger from the bed side plugs, I spotted a thick layer of dust on the skirting boards behind the bed, obviously no one has moved that bed to clean in quite some time. While I understand I should have mentioned some of these issues to the staff, these are not things I expected from a hotel that charges what it does. I have stayed in Travel lodges nearly half the price and I received much better and much cleaner accommodation with a breakfast that was hot until I finished eating. All in all I did not enjoy my stay at The Wesley, I will not be staying there again, and irrespective whether my stay was representative of the usual experience or not, I will certainly not recommend anyone I know stop there. I will finish by saying, It seems there are nice and hardworking people working at the Wesley, I saw a single chef in the kitchen for example who obviously cooked and prepared the large selection of breakfast options. Unfortunately I feel these people are being let down by others who are not doing their job properly and not being managed effectively.

I came here as a guest for a few business meetings and was very unimpressed. The reception area is not air conditioned; there is no privacy for those checking in / out; one of the girls on the main desk had a really bad attitude; the armchairs were crawling with spiders and the drinks menu at the bar have different prices to what is actually being charged. Although the location of the hotel is great, all the factors above have put me right off and based on what I have seen, I would definitely not stay here!!! £3.80 for a very small glass bottle of Coke Zero???
