The entrance lobby is impressively designed. However their receptionists are both extremely and selectively RUDE. Happened on 4 separate occasions. Last visit I was completely ignored and addressed the person behind me, whilst smiling at someone who they obviously regard of importance only to drop their smile at me to give me a look as if I was wasting her time. It's a shame as first impressions count and I will now be taking my team elsewhere a little less judgmental and a little more welcoming. I hope it improves with time. R.C.
