This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Firstly, the cleanliness is top tier. The entire apartment was spotless and smells fresh and its reassuring knowing that a place you are staying in is extremely clean. In the room you have everything you need. The SMART TV is a nice touch so you can watch Netflix etc. If you like to cook whilst you are away then they have everything you need to whip something up. The microwave and kettle is useful and the oven easy to use. I loved the bathroom, it's a nice modern design and is a good size with a wonderful walk in shower. Sleeping was an absolute dream as the bed is super comfortable and large. What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty of shops just around the corner as well as a lovely little market right next door. It also isn't too far from the sea so if you are someone who goes on walks or for a run then it's perfect. Staff are friendly and they also have a washing machine service which is such a brilliant idea. I also love that you are given a code to access the budding and your room. No faffing around with keys! They also have tumble dryer so don't worry about drying clothes yourself. If you run out of bits and bobs for the room then they have a store cupboard you can access with your individual code so you can grab it yourself. Brilliant. There is no parking on site however you can pay for parking at a relatively small cost which is a 3/4 minute walk from the hotel. Its gated and has 24 hour access which gave me peace of mind. Parking wasn't an issue at all. The only downside I would say is that there is no freezer and it would be useful on an extended stay and that the temperature control in the room is a little fiddly. Occasionally I would find that the bedroom is a little too hot. They do have fans but they are rather loud. I coped by just opening the windows and leaving the door open. Honestly though, the hotel is ten ten. If you are staying in Hull, this is the only place to come to.

I stayed here and it was honestly outstanding. The room was clean, bright and so stylish. The bathroom was SPOTLESS and the bath was to die for. Jodie was incredibly helpful and friendly. She bent over backwards to help me with booking, checking in, and all other extras I enquired about. Cannot praise her enough as she was the cherry on top of an already excellent stay. Thanks so much and I can't wait to return!!

Up there with one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, down to the smallest details everything was amazing! An easel for a bit of fun, personal coffee blends in the kitchen and the bathroom I would live in if I could it was so beautiful! 10/10, 5 stars, outstanding!

Fantastic location, easy to stay and book, and wonderful apartment with beautiful modern bathroom. Plenty of sensible precautions taken with cleanliness, appropriate for late pandemic. And a very helpful and considerate staff who went above and beyond to make a birthday trip extra special. Definitely recommended.

Really lovely place to stay in Hull, just opposite to the Hull Minster. We were anxious it would be loud but could hardly hear anything from the bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom large and well designed. It’s a shame breakfast hampers weren’t available due to Covid as a few of the breakfast places around were closed on Sunday. Highly recommend staying at HIDEOUT when in Hull.
