We only had one night here, but we'll definitely be coming back. Access is via Brandon Lane which can flood in places. Buffet breakfast is an optional extra, which helps to make the room rates competitive and affordable. There's a nice bar too and decor is generally good. Disabled access is also good, once past the heavy front door. We had a wet room, which was ideal. The room was spacious and had all the facilities we expected.

Lovely hotel with friendly service. We were in an Executive Room which was pleasant and nicely decorated. Very spacious. Huge TV and wardrobe. WiFi was speedy and worked well. Beds were all on wheels which don't lock so on a hard floor the bed slides about when you sit on it or sit up in bed. Firm beds with no topper, could feel springs. Despite this, slept quite well! Tea & coffee facilities are embarrassing for this type of hotel. A Nespresso pod machine is a minimum expectation here, not instant sachets. A fridge would have been good too, bizarre to not see this. Hallway lights stay on at night so because of the gap under the door there's lots of light ingress. Spa facilities are basic and tired. Pool is fine, but a strong smell of faeces / sewege around the drain parts of the poolside area. Sauna and steam room were all good. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, hot and really good quality. Came for the murder mystery night & dinner (which was excellent) and would stay again at the right price.

Good for the price, nice area with some walks nearby. Marked down because our room was at the back of the hotel, lots of daddy long leg spiders on the stairs where the light is. There were also peoples cleaning dumped outside rooms on each day.

Just stayed for one night very disappointing Bathroom room covered in cobwebs. Damp on celling large cracks in tiles. Woke up to fine reading light attached to bed head had come loose and live wiers exposed at the side of my head . Reported to reception . Just told to send a email not good
