Since opening in 1999, the Westerham Golf Club clubhouse has been a popular venue choice for countless weddings. Set against the beautiful Kent North Downs, the stunning countryside location provides the ideal setting for your day.
Located at the edge of the manicured golf course, the Valence Suite is a light, spacious room. The suite is beautifully finished with its high arched ceiling and stylish décor and furnishings. The Valence Suite is well equipped with air conditioning, dancefloor and a private bar, making it ideal for your celebrations.
From the impressive balcony you and your guests can enjoy stunning views across the picturesque lakes, fountains and golf course.
We are also licensed for wedding ceremonies in both our Faldo Suite and the larger Valence Suite, meaning you can hold your service and reception in one venue.
Our knowledgeable and experienced team will guide you through all aspects of the planning and take care of every detail of your special day. The team will happily offer help and advice and can even put you in touch with our recommended suppliers.
We have a number of packages for your wedding day but also offer the flexibility to tailor the details for a bespoke service. We welcome couples to bring in their own caterers – this is often the preference for Asian weddings.

Cancellation policy
If an event, which has been booked by a Customer, is subsequently cancelled, then the following conditions shall apply :- (i) If an event is cancelled by the Customer 9 months or more prior to the date booked (the ‘Date’), the Customer shall not be charged any amounts additional to the deposit (ii) If an event is cancelled less than 9 months but more than 3 months prior to the Date the Customer shall be charged and invoiced 50% of the estimated value of the booking, calculated by multiplying the number of reserved places by the average value of each place reserved (iii) If an event is cancelled less than 3 months but more than 14 days prior to the Date, the Customer shall be charged and invoiced 75% of the estimated value of the booking as calculated above (iv) If an event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Date, the Customer shall be charged 100% of the estimated value of the booking as calculated above (v) If any of the above cancellation clauses are implemented then full payment is due within 14 days of our invoice date

September 2021We had the best wedding we could ever dream of at Westerham Golf Club on the 3rd September 2021. Emma, Corey and Cheryl were amazing with us from start to finish and so supportive of our special day. They were so calming and reassuring whilst making our wedding day run to perfection. As Bride and Groom we had no stress at all on the day and no question went unanswered. The whole wedding team were amazing! All the guests loved the food and special requirements were put in place with no problem at all. We couldn’t recommend getting married at Westerham Golf Club enough, superb!
