Surrey National Golf Club is based in Chaldon on the outskirts of Caterham and is set in 200 acres of beautiful, rolling countryside.
The Club welcomes both individual and corporate days and societies to play its course and enjoy hospitality in its magnificent clubhouse – the perfect place to relax after a hard round of golf and to enjoy first class catering, free Wi-Fi and excellent service in either our spike bar or Fountain Suite, which both provide spectacular views across the lake, fountains and course beyond.
Our first-class reputation for food and service has earned us a top place amongst Surrey’s finest venues.
Inside, subtle décor, high ceilings and feature fireplaces combine to present a light, spacious suite. Making the most of spectacular views, a balcony provides valuable outdoor space.
Licensed for Civil Ceremonies our venue provides a tranquil setting surrounded by countryside. Two inter-connecting suites offer flexible accommodation for up to 340 guests.
Adjoining The Fountain Suite, The Terrace Room provides additional space & flexibility for ceremonies & drinks receptions. Also available to hire separately for smaller meetings & gatherings.

Cancellation policy
If an event, which has been booked by a Customer, is subsequently cancelled, then the following conditions shall apply :- (i) If an event is cancelled by the Customer 9 months or more prior to the date booked (the ‘Date’), the Customer shall not be charged any amounts additional to the deposit (ii) If an event is cancelled less than 9 months but more than 3 months prior to the Date the Customer shall be charged and invoiced 50% of the estimated value of the booking, calculated by multiplying the number of reserved places by the average value of each place reserved (iii) If an event is cancelled less than 3 months but more than 14 days prior to the Date, the Customer shall be charged and invoiced 75% of the estimated value of the booking as calculated above (iv) If an event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Date, the Customer shall be charged 100% of the estimated value of the booking as calculated above (v) If any of the above cancellation clauses are implemented then full payment is due within 14 days of our invoice date

October 2021Challenging course, given the Surrey hills, most fairways have an undulation - so playing above or below your feet. Which makes it tricky. I played roughly to my handicap and enjoyed the round. Went on a dry day but the day after heavy rain, lots of surface water in bunkers. Would like to go back in full sunshine.
