Lovely place, thoroughly enjoyed our visit for a company celebration party. Plenty of parking venue in excellent all round condition. Food was very good . Above all staff were very friendly and helpful a credit to the venue.

Nice hotel, nice facilities, stayed in the courtyard over a Saturday to Monday period. First night sleep was lovely, second night sleep got interrupted by builders turning up, starting their work etc. Not sure how early but if work was being done then at least start after check out timings or give us a heads up when booking the hotel that there is work going on and will be an early rise during the weekdays. Overall was a good hotel and had good facilities but left a sour taste to what was a good weekend away with the fiancé.

So so disappointing. We booked two weeks in advance. Was told the order of our day would be pool and leisure facilities, then treatments, then afternoon tea/lunch. We arrived and was told it was actually treatments first, then pool & facilities, then lunch. We had our massages which were ok. Then went into the pool. After about 45 mins of being in the pool a young family arrived, kids bombing in the pool and screaming and shouting. I went to reception and a young gentleman went and had a word with the family. The family were clearly quite inconsiderate and the kids carried on bombing in the pool so I confronted the mother, only to be shouted and swore at. I then went back to reception and said why on earth would you let a couple book a spa day at the same time you have families in the pool? We paid over £300 for our day. We left after I spoke with reception again and I received £80 back for the lunch, but was still made to pay for the massages as we’d already had them. The whole point of a spa DAY was to have the full day to yourselves with peace and quiet not to listen to kids screaming and splashing. I paid £20 for a dog sitter to look after my dogs throughout the day only to return home at 1200. I was absolutely gutted and still am. I called the spa but was told I wouldn’t be refunded for the massages so I’m taking up a dispute with my credit card company. The first time we visited in September was spot on but in December it was a terrible experience and I would HIGHLY NOT recommend going here.
